We are happy to come out to your business or residence free of charge to walk through your moving logistics. We take into consideration floor-plan, number of rooms, heavy furniture, specialty items, etc.
This is the typical process we walk through with prospects:
We gather information pertaining to your move, usually via an initial phone inquiry. We request an email with details of the items and layout. If it is a larger space, we schedule an in-home/in-office estimate so that we can have a clear picture of what is required. Any pack jobs require an in home estimate.
We review the information and send out an Estimate of Cost via email.
You review the estimate. Once approved, we nail down dates and send a contract for services.
We require your signature and and an initial 50% job deposit to hold any and all dates.
We confirm your moving dates after contract is signed and the deposit is made. We confirm addresses and times the day before. We also make sure to call the morning of to give you a head’s up when we are en route.
We send final invoice, and respectfully ask for your review of our services as we appreciate honest feedback and genuine referrals.
