Peak to Peak is equipped to handle the brutal conditions that exist here in the High Rockies and will do everything possible to complete your move on the scheduled date. We carry chains, ice melt, and shovels on all of our trucks; however, if you are booked for a move, you will need to have your driveway plowed prior to our arrival if snowy conditions are present. Lastly, if conditions are unsafe, we will have to reschedule. Many variable conditions will determine whether or not your move will need to be rescheduled.

  1. Yes, we carry Worker’s Compensation on ALL employees.
  2. Yes, we carry two million dollars of General Liability Insurance.
  3. Yes, we carry cargo/freight insurance per all of our moves.
  4. There are optional full-value protection plans available for purchase

Yes, we move Upright, Baby Grand, and Console Piano. We DO NOT move grand pianos.

Yes, we can disassemble, move, and reassemble almost any pool table (excluding 1 piece slate tables). We do not re-felt tables or level tables, this will need to be handled by either the owner or a pool table company.

Propane, Ammunition, Power Equipment w/ fuel will need to be drained, Gas, Oils, Flammables, Paint, Bleach, Aerosols, and Automobiles. Call with any questions surrounding any other questionable items – 970-485-0912.

All Fragile items such as Art, Televisions, Lamps, Glass, etc… will need to be properly packed; otherwise, you will be required to sign a damage waiver prior to the items being transported on our truck.

Alternatives

  1. Sometimes art or fragile items can be difficult to pack. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll bring the proper supplies to get your delicate items packed away safe and secure for transport.
  2. We will happily load the fragile item/items into your personal vehicle for transportation between locations and unload at the final destination.

We do not offer long term storage options but do have the ability to store your items short term on the truck that your items were loaded in. We believe that moving the items as few times as possible reduces the risk for damage between destinations.

We do have close storage facility partners that we work with all of the time. Buffalo Mountain Storage in Silverthorne and All Valley Storage in Breckenridge, Dillon, and Frisco are terrific options.

For billing purposes, we start the clock when we leave our office and end the time once we return to the office at the end of the job.

Yes, we do charge a 2-hour minimum for all jobs.

The team will sometimes take a short break for lunch. No issues for you though. The clock will be stopped while the crew takes their break and you will not be charged for that time.

Yes, we would love to help you move your large appliances. However, due to insurance restrictions, we are not able to connect or disconnect your water or gas hookups on these appliances.

Absolutely! Our crews carry all the necessary tools on every job and are very experienced with all types of furniture. We have seen it all and can safely take your furniture apart.

We would be happy to take wall hangings and TVs off the walls for you. However, we cannot mount those items back on your new walls for you.

Like most service industries, our crews do accept tips for a job well done.

Due to liability issues, we are not able to allow customers on the moving trucks or to help any partner or team lifts. The best thing you can do to help the crew during the move is to have the house and your items well-prepared. This includes things like keeping children and pets out of the way and having clear direction on what is staying and what is going.
